This is a three step process.
Step 1: Request a password change
You can do that from the Forgot Password page. Simply enter your email address or flock designator and click continue.
You may receive a warning under the following circumstances:
- Sheep Ireland doesn’t recognise your email address/designator.
- You don’t have an Email address attached to your account, which would mean we can not email you the unique link that allows you to update your password.
- In some rare cases, there may be multiple accounts associated with one email address. In these cases, please contact Sheep Ireland directly and we will do our best to help you out.
Step 2: Receive an email with a unique link
Every successful Password Change request will automatically send an email to the address we have for your account.
You should receive the email within minutes. If you do not see it, please check all Spam/junk folders. Alternatively search your email for the address “email@example.com” where the email was sent from.
Once you have found the email, click on the unique link that is included in these emails. This will bring you to the final part of the process.
Step 3: Reset your password
Please pay attention to the recommendations on screen concerning string passwords. All Sheep Ireland require of your password is that it is a minimum of 6 characters in length. However, we highly recommend that you take extra precautions to make sure your password is “strong”.
Finally, please remember that passwords for the Sheep Ireland system are Case Sensitive.
