The deadline for entering lambing information onto the system is Tuesday April 30th, any lambs recorded on the database after this date will not receive €urostars in 2019. The €urostars for animals entered after this date will only be available for viewing in the 2020 lambing season. Sheep Ireland will facilitate breeders that have late lambs born after this date but would ask you to notify us prior to the deadline.

Sheep Ireland provide Lambing Reports to all LambPlus breeders. This report gives a summary of your lambing season – number of lambs born (of which are singles or mutilples), breakdown of mortality, lambing difficulty and birth weights. This report can be downloaded into an excel file (commonly .xlsx (MS Office 2007), once the excel generates, the report can be saved on your own computer for printing. This is a very useful report that breeders should make use of when looking closely at particular lambing seasons as the year can be changed.
