Sheep Ireland hosted an industry meeting on Thursday, April 29th at 1 pm. This one-hour online meeting covered some of the primary outcomes of research that has been undertaken in the last year and what impact it will have on the national evaluations.
This research is part of an ongoing effort to improve the accuracy of the genetic evaluations to benefit Ireland’s national flock. The results of studies, the impact they have on the national sheep breed improvement programme were presented and questions were invited from you and other key industry stakeholders.
